Melissa Jones is the Founder and Executive Director of US MISS International Pageants, an organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through leadership, confidence, service, and personal achievement. With nearly four decades of experience as a contestant, judge, coach, and pageant director, Melissa has built US MISS into an internationally recognized organization where every delegate is encouraged to discover her potential and lead with purpose.
Her vision extends far beyond the crown. Melissa believes pageantry should inspire confidence, cultivate character, and create opportunities that last a lifetime. Through US MISS International, she is committed to providing an exceptional experience that celebrates authenticity, professionalism, and excellence while welcoming delegates from around the world.
Melissa is a devoted wife and proud mother whose passion for empowering young women is deeply rooted in her own life experiences. Her family’s journey has strengthened her commitment to service, compassion, and creating meaningful opportunities for others.
Under Melissa’s leadership, US MISS International proudly hosts its annual International Pageants in Somerset, Kentucky, welcoming delegates from across the United States and around the globe to compete in an atmosphere defined by integrity, prestige, and community.
